The Market Place
The market place for Smalls and Brown Construction, LLC ranges from the Charleston
tri-county area to the borders of South Carolina state. The company's
primary areas of focus for construction services are the cities of Charleston
and North Charleston. In demolition, the boundaries are nearly unlimited,
however, regions specifically targeted are areas within a 150 mile radius
from the Charleston county lines.
Acceptance of project assignments in both the primary and secondary markets are
pending and strongly influenced by elements relative to job prospectus, commute time,
and fee.
